I am very happy to let you all know that we have found our Doula! Her name is Kirsten, and she is a very sweet and lovely person. Having a doula has been one of my goals in preparing for labor. I wasn't too sure if Matt would be skeptical about my wanting to have a Doula. After our meeting Kirsten last week we both left knowing we had made a good decision. Kirsten has been a Doula for many years in Western Mass attending over 100 births, she is in training to become a midwife as well. Here is a link to Kirsten's website.
