Photos.

I haven't posted anything photographic in a long time, well at least no pictures of the beautiful places that I take Macy to for walks. Matt & I got snowshoes as a gift from my parents, and so I have been having fun walking in the snow and so has Ms. Macy! These are photos from where I have been taking her, the local "meadows", basically its a very large piece of farm land that is still worked during the spring-fall (yeah! no condo developments!) and its great for snowshoeing and walking your dog off leash in the wintertime, and that is Macy's favorite!

Oh and Merlin, one of our kitties has been sleeping in Birdie's co-sleeper that is still beside our bed with her urn, a crochet blanket made by my mom's friend, many little origami cranes, some of her clothes, a birdie pillow, bird scarves, the journal we got for people to write their names in at the funeral home...and I think that's it. Her co-sleeper is against our bed, on my side of the bed. So, I sleep really close to her each night...I only wish I could hear her breathing in my ear as she sleeps. Instead she is eternally sleeping, and you can't hear the breath of someone when their dead.

Erin: Great pictures. What is the thing around your dogs face? What kind of dog is she?

You are in my prayers. I hope you get good news soon.

I love that Macy-Girl.

At this Disney site I frequent before vacation (we call it prep) a woman has been posting about her most recent trip. Her 16 year old son was killed on Dec 18 of last year, and she managed to get through the holidays in a fog for the sake of her younger son. She could not face Christmas this year, so she and her husband packed up and went on a long vacation, including a Disney cruise, over the first anniversary of her son's death and the Christmas holidays. It's a very powerful story.

your dog is beautiful, and i am a little envious of such a big snowy open space--i live in a city in northern california so no open space and no snow!

i wanted to let you know something--even if you do get a period this month, you are *not a failure*. i am kind of worried about you! i do very much hope you get good news, though.

love,

michelle

Macy is absolutely the cutest! I bet she's a blast :) A little sign that I always saw before I got a BFP were a few raised bumps just below my nipple on my aereola. I also noticed that the color was a bit darker then normal too. I hope you get your BFP this month :)
Love ya,
Meg

Winter wonderland! I bet Macy would have fun in the woods and trails out by me.

You know, I just found out this season that they make snow shoes for doggies too! That way their cute little stick legs won't poke through. :)

Macy sweet Macy....=) Such a nice mommy and daddy you have, so loved.;) I know how much you love your Birdie and you and her will always be together but I can see where you want to hold another baby. I don't mean to say anything to hurt you, the hard part is I think anyway that IF you get that period it just seems like eternity again to find out again. You will be prego;) again my dear, you will be and Birdie will never leave your side.
